WEST LEBANON, Ind. - Mrs. Letetia "Anna" Davis, 85, formerly of West Lebanon, died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 5, 1978) at Meadow Heights Nursing Center in Williamsport. She had been a patient there since Monday and ill three months. Mrs. Davis had been a patient at the Warren County Home for three years before moving to Meadow Heights. She had been a resident of Warren County since 1896 and had resided in West Lebanon 60 years. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker. She was a member of the West Lebanon Christian Church and the church's Missionary Club. She also was a member of the West Lebanon Home Economics Club. She was born Feb. 6, 1893, to Edgar and Arthena Marlatt Anderson. In 1910 she married Andrew Franklin Davis in Warren County. Her husband had been a cook on the Wabash Railroad for many years. He died in 1961. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and a brother. Survivors include a son, Donald F. of Clarks Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Lester (Alice) Lucas of Vincennes, Mrs. Harold (Lois) Anderson of Williamsport and Mrs. William (Lillian) Ware of Monticello; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at West Lebanon Christian Church. The Rev. Leonard Largent will officiate, and burial will be in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday at Fischer Funeral Home in West Lebanon. The body will be taken to the church an hour before services. - jlr
